What kind of hardware do I need to play the games?
You need a Java-capable computer to play. All our games are
written in the Java programming language. There is never anything
to download or install onto your computer. All you need to
do is access our web site, click on the games, and play. Our
games will run on just about any make, model or brand computer
but, to run Java best, we recommend a Pentium computer, at
least 32 megabytes of memory.
Mac users can play too, if they have a computer that will
support Java.
6.
What kind of software do I need to play the games?
You need either Netscape Navigator version 4.5 (or newer)
or Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4.1 (or newer).

I can't see the games properly on my monitor. What can I do?
In order to see our casino games properly on your computer
monitor, you must make sure that the "Screen Area"
in your Display settings is set large enough.
Here is how to check your screen area settings on Windows
95/98:
1) Click on the "Start" button on Windows.
2) Click on "Settings."
3) Then click on "Control Panel."
4) Double-click on the "Display" icon (monitor).
5) When the Display window opens, click on the "Settings"
tab.
6) Look at the "Screen Area" setting in the lower
right corner of the Display window.
7) Make sure the Screen Area is set to at least 800 x 600.
If your computer will allow it, we recommend a Screen Area
setting of 1024 x 768, or higher. The larger the screen area
setting, the more you will be able to see on one page.
9.
I clicked on a game and nothing happened. What's wrong?
The Java games take a little time to load. If you are using
a 28.8Kb modem, the games should load in about 1 to 2 minutes
the first time you play.
If you get a screen, which says, "You need a Java-compatible
browser to play this game", then you may not have the
proper software or hardware. Check our hardware and software
FAQ. If you have the correct configuration, your Java Support
may be turned off. Check your "preferences" in your
browser "properties" to make sure you have not disabled
Java.
If the game screen comes up
but none of the game-functions work, try to reload the games:
Hold down the left shift key and at the same time click on
reload. This should re-start the games.
If the games still won't work,
you will need to clear your cache and re-start your browser.
After clearing your cache, shut down all your browser windows,
(including email), restart, then reconnect:
Netscape version 3: Click Options...Network
Preferences...Cache. There are two buttons: 'Clear Memory
Cache' and 'Clear Disk Cache'. You need to do both.
Netscape version 4: Click Edit...Preferences
Advanced...Cache. There are two buttons : 'Clear Memory Cache'
and 'Clear Disk Cache' . You need to do both.
Microsoft Internet Explorer
version 3: Click View Options... Advanced... Settings. Empty
the temporary folder.
Microsoft Internet Explorer
version 4: Click View...Internet Options ... General ... Temporary
Internet Files: Click the Delete Files button.
If the games play but then
freeze up, but the rest of your computer is OK, you may need
to shut down your browser and restart your computer. This
is the result of Microsoft's memory management system. It
is inconsistent and this only affects some computers. If this
happens you will need to close all the browser windows, including
email, and then restart your computer, reconnect and then
re-enter the games.

wait 15 minutes so the system automatically logs you out and
then try logging in again.
